Dangote Refinery in Nigeria launches Africa's largest IPO for retail investors

Nigeria's Dangote Refinery, Africa's largest single-train refining facility, launched the continent's biggest initial public offering on September 14, opening ownership shares to retail investors across Africa for the first time.
